    • Each day consists of our caregivers leading seated stretching exercises typically between breakfast and lunch time assisting residents as needed to promote circulation and mobility.

  • Professional Activity Coordinator 

    • Visits weekly to engaging in activities with our residents.

    • Weekly themes for activities such as Christmas, Chinese New Year’s, Valentines Day, etc. to keep residents current to the season.

    • Multiple levels of crafts so everyone can enjoy what they are able to do.

    • Hands on assistance by our staff to keep residents engaged and having fun.

    • Creating something new each week so it is exciting. They will eagerly wonder what is next.

    • A fun project that the resident keeps and can give or show to family.

    • Generational specific songs

    • Holding someone’s hand and singing softly to them

    • Playing something upbeat they used to dance to

    • Putting a simple instrument in their hand

    • Singing quiet hymns to them in a one on one session

    • Chair dancing and foot tapping

    • Balloon tossing and parachute games to the beat of music

    • Streamers and many other entertaining devices
